The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is a political and economic union consisting of all Arab states of the Persian Gulf, except for Iraq. Its member states include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Iraq is currently not a member. The unified economic agreement between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council was signed on November 11, 1981. These countries are often referred to as “the GCC states” or “Gulf countries“.
Please note that Oman and Bahrain are members of the Hague Apostille Convention but we can still legalize documents for these two countries through their respective Embassies in Washington, D.C.
At USA Apostille, Inc., we take the guesswork out of certifying, legalizing, and attesting your documents for any of the GCC Countries. Document attestation and legalization for Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates is a multi-step process. These steps consist of State certification, US Department of State certification, and Embassy or Consulate legalization.
Certifying and legalizing documents can be complicated. Don’t leave this process to untrained employees or non-professionals who do not fully understand the apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your paperwork could be rejected costing you time and money. Don’t let this happen to you!
