Documents originating from Orange County can be processed through our office in California. Common documents we can apostille are birth, marriage, divorce, power of attorney, notarized documents, diploma, transcripts, single status, background check, and more!
The first step is to contact our office so we can discuss your documents and the country requesting them. Marriage certificates issued from Orange County only require the state apostille.
In certain situations, you may need to obtain a new certified copy of your documents from the County Clerk’s office or State Registrar. Court documents (Example: Divorce Decree) from Orange County must be a certified copy signed and stamped by the Deputy Clerk of the Court. Documents that require your signature (Example: Power of Attorney) must be signed and notarized before you mail them to our office. Please call us before you mail in your documents for the most up-to-date processing time and availability.
