A Certificate of Naturalization is a document issued by United States Federal Government as proof of a person having obtained U.S. citizenship through naturalization (a legal process of obtaining a new nationality). If you do not have a copy of your Certificate of Naturalization, please contact the local U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. https://www.uscis.gov/
We can process a Certificate of Naturalization issued by the U.S. Federal Government through our Washington D.C. apostille office.
Documents received by 2pm are submitted the following business morning to the U.S. Department of State. We can process your documents as fast as four business days plus free FedEx overnight return shipping. Do you need international shipping? We can ship your documents anywhere in the world with FedEx international priority shipping. Additional shipping costs apply.
If your Certificate of Naturalization is older than 20 years, you will need to contact the local US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office to certify the copy of your document. Once certified, go ahead and mail in the copy with our Washington DC order forms. We have provided instructions on how to certify a copy of a Certificate of Naturalization older than 20 years here: Certificate of Naturalization USCIS Form G-24
If your Certificate of Naturalization is issued within the past twenty years, go ahead and mail the original to our Washington DC office for processing with our Washington DC apostille order forms.
Please Note: We can only help you with an original or a certified copy issued by the local USCIS.
Obtaining an apostille can be complicated. Don’t leave this process to untrained employees or non-professionals who do not fully understand the apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your paperwork could be rejected costing you time and money. Don’t let this happen to you
